 WAYNE R. SANDERS Director since May 2003 Audit Committee Chairman Wayne Sanders has been the non-executive chairman of Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Inc. since May 2008. Wayne is the former chairman and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark Corporation. He served as president and chief executive officer of Kimberly-Clark from 1991 until September 2002 and as chairman of the board from 1992 until February 2003. Wayne joined Kimberly-Clark in 1975 and held other senior positions prior to 1991. He has served as a director of Texas Instruments Incorporated since 1997. Wayne serves as national trustee and as a Governor of the Boys and Girls Clubs of America. Wayne has significant experience and knowledge in the leadership of large organizations, accounting, finance, capital markets, risk management, operations and marketing, as well as significant public company board experience (including audit committee chairmanship and compensation committee experience) that strengthen the Board's collective qualifications, skills, and experience.
